Environmental considerations have figured heavily in the design brief including an emphasis on things like re-using water, orientation of buildings and minimisation of power use. Together with the latest design for teaching and learning spaces the College will provide a sustainable, state-of-the art environment for the new students and staff.

Stage 2 is currently being planned to provide specialist secondary education facilities.

The College will work in close partnership with St John’s Lutheran School in Aberdeen St, Newtown which will continue to provide for Kindergarten to Year 6 students.
